How to use AI Recognition?

In 'New Transaction', tap the camera icon. AI automatically reads:

  • Amount & Currency: e.g., JPY 12,800 or USD 45.99.
  • Date: Auto-corrected to local time.
  • Merchant: Shop name like 'Don Quijote'.

💡 Tip: Ensure good lighting and clear text for best results.

Calculate Real Exchange Rate

To calculate exact costs, Okaro lets you input the 'Actual Charge'.

  1. Enter foreign amount from receipt (e.g., JPY 10,000).
  2. Check your bank app for the local currency charge (e.g., USD 70).
  3. System locks the rate (e.g., 0.007) for accurate profit calculation.

Dual Receipt Archiving

Two independent image slots designed for purchasing agents:

  • Original Receipt: Photo of the shop receipt for customs or clients.
  • Payment Proof: Screenshot of bank transaction or credit card statement for bookkeeping.

Backup & Restore

Data is automatically uploaded to the cloud upon login.

If you switch phones, simply login to Okaro on the new device to sync everything back.
