• Image Data: Receipts and proofs you upload. These are used for AI recognition and archiving.
• Device Info: Device model, OS version, and language settings to optimize your experience.

3. AI & Data Processing

We use advanced AI (like Gemini models) to analyze receipt images. This process is automated:

• Receipt images are securely transmitted to analysis servers.
• AI is only used to extract transaction info. We do not manually review your photos.
• Original images are stored in your private cloud space (Supabase Storage) with strict access controls.

4. Storage & Sync

• Storage: Data is encrypted and stored on our secure servers and your iCloud backup (future feature) for multi-device sync.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your personal data. We disclose data only when:

• Necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processing).
• Required by law or legal process.

You can request deletion of your account and all data at any time via App settings or by contacting us.
